Online Fitness Conditioning

What does the Online Coaching Include?

• Clients with challenging schedules or are distant from Make It Happen can still have the opportunity to train with World Recognized Coach Jennifer Hintenberger.

• An initial ‘introduction’ and assessment is done to determine the client’s current level of fitness across a variety of measurements: strength, endurance, flexibility, power, etc.
• Customized Program Design: Once goals (sport specific, weightloss, increased endurance/strength, cross training, etc) and present level of health and fitness are determined, programming begins. Two weeks worth of training will be designed, with your individual requirements and abilities (including the equipment you have to work with, the number of days/week you are able to train, as well as, the amount of time you have available per session) in mind.
• All online clients have email access to Master Coach Jennifer. A response will be given within 24 - 48 hours to answer any questions regarding programming.
• Video analysis is available for clients unsure if they are executing exercises efficiently and safely. It is critical to be using proper technique at all times and we will attach links or videos of any movements that are new to you to ensure all exercises are performed properly.
• Progression Assessments will be performed every 4 weeks.
• Optional weekly nutrition challenges to accompany your fitness (strength and conditioning) and/or weightloss goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 month commitment.
• Ability to train a minimum of 3X/week (will vary depending on your individual goals).
• Commitment to weekly nutrition challenges, as well as, an open-mind to nutrition suggestions.

Make It Happen (MIH) was founded by renowned athlete in Kettlebell Sport - Jennifer Hintenberger, Master of Sport International Class, Master of Sport, Multi-World Record Holder for performing 738 reps with 16kg in the one hour long cycle and 206 reps with 20kg in the jerk, and is the first Canadian to reach the prestigious ranks of both Master of Sport (Long Cycle - 106 reps - 24kg) and Master of Sport International Class (Jerk - 206 - 20kg).
